Workspace Usage
- Workspace access rights, guest policies, and usage limits are defined in your office service order.
- Customers must comply with site-level health, safety, and access controls.
- Use of premises for unlawful, unsafe, or unauthorized activities is prohibited.
Facility and Liability
- Customers are liable for damage caused by their personnel, contractors, or guests.
- Helpay is not responsible for unattended personal property.
- Emergency access and safety protocols are mandatory.
