Operational Responsibilities

• You remain responsible for product legality, product safety, and compliance labels.
• You must provide accurate shipment and customs data where required.
• Helpay may reject or suspend service activity that is materially non-compliant with platform, legal, or payment network requirements.

Platform and Availability

We aim for commercially reasonable availability and operational continuity.

Planned maintenance, force majeure events, third-party outages, and carrier disruptions may affect service windows.
