Payment Integration Services Addendum

Service terms specific to payment integration, operational rollout, and related implementation workflows.

Inventory Intake and Storage

  • Inventory must be delivered with accurate ASN, SKU, and handling instructions.
  • Helpay may refuse implementation work that is unsafe, unlawful, non-compliant, or materially inconsistent with submitted technical or commercial requirements.
  • Storage fees, aging fees, and handling rates are governed by the applicable order form.

Fulfillment and Dispatch

  • Order processing windows, cut-off times, and dispatch SLAs are commercially reasonable and may vary by region.
  • Carrier performance is subject to third-party conditions outside direct control.
  • Address quality and customs data quality remain customer responsibilities.

Returns and Reverse Logistics

  • Returns are processed according to pre-agreed disposition logic (restock, hold, dispose, or redirect).
  • Disposition actions requiring customer approval will be held until written authorization is received.
  • Liability for product defects or end-customer misuse remains with the product owner.
